Opposite Flinders Park and Playground and within walking distance to the General Store, cafes, restaurants, and the pier, it is surrounded by stunning beaches, providing a peaceful and rejuvenating retreat.
spanning two levels, the home features three ground-floor bedrooms, two bathrooms with underfloor heating, a full laundry, a golf storage room, and a bar/kitchenette A lounge opens to a fire-pit area, while a rear deck offers ocean and golf course views. Upstairs, a curved staircase leads to the master suite with a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite. At the opposite end, the open-plan "cathedral" room integrates the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas, extending to an outdoor dining space with a gas BBQ and seating for ten, perfect for year-round enjoyment.
