Leaving the dining room to the outside we find a magnificent chill-out terrace with comfortable outdoor sofas and 2 wooden tables for lunch and dinner enjoying both the view of the garden and pool, and the sea. 18 meter kitchen fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave. The house also has 2 individual rooms of 8 meters each, one with access to the garden, 2 double rooms, 12 meters each, overlooking the sea, one with access to the garden, 1 room with four beds (two singles and a bunk) of 21 square meters with direct access to the garden and finally, 1 master suite on the top floor of 14m2 with beautiful views. There are 3 bathrooms, one of them of 5 square meters with bathtub. The luminosity invades all the spaces of the house, with a nice decoration and cozy wooden floors. The property is surrounded by a land of 1000 square meters in which stands an 8x4 pool surrounded by warm wood and a beautiful garden with sea views, plus a wooden pergola equipped with armchairs to spend unforgettable sunsets. The property has several outdoor terraces as well as a parking area for vehicles and an important garden.
