Positive: It was close to the bus stop, enough space for our family, it seemed clean enough and good for our stay as we were visiting family near by and would not spend much time in the apartment other than at night and early mornings. The kitchen had all the appliances, there was a washing machine that worked well and a clothes hanger you could use in the living room, and once we got the AC working, it dried very fast. He beds were double beds one was hard and the other semi hard. They were OK to sleep in.
Negative: The building was sketchy - looking inside and outside the view from the inner balcony was dreadful. There were no curtains, so privacy in the living room was limited. As there were no blinds on the door to the in er balcony. The hallway smelled of smoke and trash, the walls were paper thin as you could hear very well the neighbour next door talking on the room nearest the door. And the dog and kid playing upstairs with a ball and running. The water occasionally smelled really bad, like sewer , when you washed your hands, did the dishes or shower. We didn't dare to use the dishwasher because of the smell of the water there. There were no batteries for the AC remote control and at night got ice cold. So we got batteries and got it going. Internet was very spotty and only worked well by the router, which is in the living room. The sofa there was dreadfully hard to sit on and uncomfortable. Linear TV didn't worked so we used an HDMI cable to connect from our computer to the TV, but we had to let the videos charge often because even next to the router, the Internet was very slow The towel service only included a huge towel per person, but nothing for hands or face and no place to hang them but over the shower. The house was totally bare of any decorations even in Christmas. The furniture was clearly dated, some broken. We were told the bottom drawer in the kitchen was broken, but I hurt my hand, opening a wardrobe little door as it fell from the hinges on my wrist. Other drawers didn't have handles and were hard to open and were scrapped. The house had a nice smell that came from an automatic air freshener, but it became overpowering, so we turned it off after 1 day. Then we realised that it was on so aggressively because the smell from the hallway and stairs leaked inside, and the living room smelled of trash and smoke without it. We had to turn it on again and spend more time outside than in.
Summary: Ok apartment if you are not going to spend much time inside it.
