The first floor features a queen bedroom with adjacent full hall bath and a family room with pullout sofa that could be utilized as a 6th bedroom. There are sliders from the den to the poolside deck area with full size enclosed outdoor shower. The 2nd floor of the property is the main living area with a bright and spacious great room w/gas fireplace and large flat screen TV. This opens up into the dining area and well stocked kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The dining area seats 8 there is additional seating for 5 at the adjacent large kitchen center island. There is also additional dining space on the front deck and a natural gas grill. There is a powder room off of the kitchen and a queen bedroom suite with a private bath. Take the stairs to the third floor which has 3 bedrooms (1 bunk room with 3 twins & 1 full, 1 queen bedroom and 1 king master suite.) The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, large flat screen TV, desk area and a private bath with double vanities. Park the car and walk just about everywhere.
