location: 9 e 28th street unit 1/east, avalon, nj! this convenient condo is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy all the attractions of avalon The beach is only steps away, plus there is an arcade and tons of free parking right across the street! Easily walk into Avalon's town center for dining and shopping or relax by the heated pool.
unit: this beach block unit has two bedrooms and one bathroom and is located on the first floor (1st bedroom: queen bed, 2nd bedroom: 2 twin beds) This costal condo offers a brand-new kitchen with new cabinets and appliances, an open living room, dining area. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convivence. We have free Wi-Fi and a Smart TV or Roku Stick, but we do not offer cable.

- we are pet friendly! your pet is welcome as we consider them part of the family! prior approval and pet fee is mandatory Your pet is not permitted to be near the pool area or in the pool. If the pet is not disclosed before your stay, we will charge $250 per day, per pet.

- strict no parties rule: avalon borough has a strict noise code In the event that our tenants violate that code, we could lose our Rental License for three consecutive years. If, as a result of your stay, our Rental License is revoked for any period due to a code violation, you and your guests WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR 3 YEARS OF RENTAL INCOME.
