Just a few steps to the Monument, beach, docks, and all the shops, restaurants, pools, bars, and clubs - no long walks, cab rides or designated driver needed! Bring your own food and drinks, and eat better for less! Features fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, dining room, large living room. We provide pillows, blankets + comforters; you bring sheets and towels. we will try to meet or beat the rate of comparable rentals!

There is a propane grill with gas supplied and a picnic table in the private yard.
