• no edible/food items or single-use items are provided (plan for things like salt/pepper, baggies, plastic wrap, etc)

- an initial/starter pack of amenities is also included (toilet paper, hotel style amenities, trash bag in each can, etc).
- an electronic smart lock with real-time updates is provided for the convenience of our guests
• arrival time is no earlier than 4:00 pm on your scheduled check-in day Departure time is no later than 10:00 am on your scheduled check-out day.
• unfortunately, during busy/peak rental seasons/days, we cannot accommodate early arrivals or late departures, as our dedicated and hardworking cleaning crew needs the full gap between a departure and the following arrival to complete a thorough cleaning and inspection
- a pet (max of 1 dog under 40 lbs no cats) is considered on a per-case basis only There is an additional pet fee.
