Please note that due to season change, outdoor swimming pool will be closed from november 3rd ,2025 (monday) and will re-open in the spring of 2026. , we are sorry to inform you that we will undergo a maintenance project for rooms on 6f-8f during 09:00-18:00 (except weekends or 12:00-14:00 on weekdays). there will be some noise occurred during the maintenance work. in addition, due to the interior renovation and upgrading of the adjacent taikoo hui shopping mall, intermittent noise occurs during daytime on weekdays. we will make every effort to minimize any inconvenience caused, the hotel provides a free 2-way shuttle bus service to pazhou complex during the canton trade fair. the journey takes approximately 40 minutes. please note that during the canton trade fair period, the rate for an extra bed is cny 420.this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, swimming pool: closed from fri, oct 16, 2026 until mon, may 31, 2027

Positive: Robot delivery from front desk to your room! made all the meituan and Taobao loots much much easier. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. Well renovated . Good water pressure and bathtub for kiddos. Good view. Good stay for families . Suitable for elderly and kids. Ramps are available at hotel front lobby
Negative: There isn’t like proper pedestrian roads from front lobby to the malls. We’re at the back of taikoo hui mall so you have to jaywalk to go taikoo hui. And it’s a pretty long walk to grandview mall although it’s a nice stroll . If have many young kids , not so easy unless they all can walk properly by themselves or be strapped to stroller. It’s also quite crowded and not super stroller friendly. So for young toddlers, not as easy walk to get to grandview but it’s doable and is an experience.
