The bathroom has a custom designed concrete shower and sink. The loft is owned by two artists whose artworks are on display. It is outfitted with high speed wi-fi, heating and cooling systems, and ceiling fans. The south facing covered 600-ft outdoor deck is ideal for lounging day and night.
