this is a 4-unit building In addition to your completely private apartment guests may access the common areas of the building including hallways, staircase and clean, dry basement. Washer and dryer is available for you to use also. off-street parking is plentiful!

this is a residential neighborhood with nice neighbors It is 5 minutes from grocery and drug stores, and the post office is just down the street.
getting around:
parking for apt 4 is marked with a sign at the front of the building.
other things to note:
there are several lakes in the area: the shenango reservoir is 15 minutes away Pymatuning Lake is about 30 minutes north; and Conneaut lake is about 45 minutes away. Cook Forest is a beautiful reserve of old growth forest, located about 60 miles away near Clarion, PA right off of I-80 East. There are lots of restaurants and historic places nearby.
