it is on the 1st floor in a small residence of 2 floors, without elevator, and with a balcony
in a quiet dead end next to a small park and close to all shops, banks, restaurants ..
it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen
2 rooms with a large bed, and a 3rd room with a small bed.
there is also a sofa bed for 1 person in the living room
