1- When you arrive in Barcelona, please call tel. that will be provided to you when you confirm your reservation.
2-Check-in is done at our office. There the keys will be handed over and a document with attached clauses will be signed. If it is not signed, you cannot enter the apartment and therefore the reservation is considered canceled by the Client.
3- The stay in the apartment of more people than those indicated in the reservation is not allowed. Only the contract holder can collect the keys. Minors are not allowed.
4- If the day of departure (which is at 10 am) the apartment is not tidy, an extra cleaning fee will be charged.
