the house is about 60 meters; has a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen (microwave oven, electric kettle, electric hotplates, fridge with integrated freezer); in the same living area, there is a double sofa bed The bedroom, separated from the living area, has 4 beds, one of which is a pull out. The house overlooks with two windows on the carruggio. It is very cool in the summer and it does not have air conditioning due to the environment; in winter it has air heating managed independently by the guests. The bathroom has a shower. The wifi network is present. In the house there is TV. The house can accommodate up to 6 people (it has a sofa bed in the living area), but it is advisable for 6 guests for short periods.
