This 2-room apartment with a large garden towers over the city park of Lahr and was lovingly designed in the summer of 2023. the apartment is nestled in a lot of greenery on a quiet residential street at the foot of the schutterlindenberg in lahr With an area of 82 sqm, it offers space for up to 4 people and includes a bedroom with a generous 180 x 200 cm box spring bed including bed linen. The modern, new bathroom offers a floor-level shower with shower system, toilet, vanity set, towel radiator, hairdryer and provided towels. The fully equipped kitchen has an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge including freezer compartment, fully automatic coffee machine, microwave with steam cooking function, toaster, kettle, egg boiler, hand mixer and sufficient dishes, glasses, pots and pans. Coffee beans, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, spices, vinegar and oil are already available.
