A southeast facing sun terrace and a park-like ingrown, south-west open terrace with gazebo. The apartment was completely renovated and equipped indoors in 2019. The bright, harmoniously coordinated and well-kept premises offer a cozy ambience, a homely starting point for excursions in the area to which one likes to return. It is all there to ensure a pleasant stay, of course, internet access via in-house Wi-Fi. The layout and equipment of the apartment are ideal for 2-3 persons (especially families with a toddler up to 3 years and seniors). For wheelchair users, it is not recommended due to existing steps in the entrance area and garden. Larger pets are not allowed. The apartment upstairs is a quiet single household and is inhabited by the son of the landlord. The bedroom is furnished with a high back-friendly, 1.60 m wide Danish double bed with one-piece mattress, wardrobe with ironing and a crib. Washing machine, dryer, drying rack, ironing equipment and barbecue are available in the basement and can be used free of charge after consultation with the tenant of the upper apartment. The minimum stay is 3 nights. The basic price is for 2 adults or 2 adults with a toddler up to 3 years. For other persons (older than 3 years) and / or a smaller pet an additional charge will apply (please specify when booking). Laundry for kitchen, bathroom, sleeping places (tea towels, mattress for the shower cubicle, guest towels, hand and bath towels, bed linen) and the final cleaning are included in the price.
