Positive: We have a senior dog and were looking for a ground floor place with easy access to outside/ grass/ garden/ the street, and this was just perfect for us as you can access the apartment from 4 different sides (corner apartment). So it's perfect for elderly/ people with disability as well (good to know!). It is a well designed space, with a beautiful creek and a forest path just behind the house; walking distance to the Mojstrana ferata, 2 pizza places, and the supermarket. The patio faces the street but the fence provides all the privacy you need, and it's not a busy road anyway so no worries about that at all. We would gladly stay here again if we're ever in the area! The comms with the host were super easy as well, via WA.
Summary: Perfect place in the Triglav area for people looking to have a garden and ground level entry.
