Positive: Nice view, and clean.

Negative: The mattress was not firm. The spa was not available and this was something I would have appreciated to know in advance so I could have looked for different options. The kitchen was fully equipped but it missed some basic seasoning like oil, salt or basic coffee for breakfast. The chimney was a gas one and it was required to call the owner to switch it on. We thought it would have been real wood to be able to swith it on by ourselves. Separately, during our stay it did snow quite heavily and the next day we could not move the car. We had to call 112 to help remove the snow and move the car by the road. I would have appreciated a bit more proactivity from the owner arranging a call, for example. For future guests, if you go when there is risk of snow make sure you leave the car by the road.
