how is the property laid out?
annies barn is all on one level and is studio style accommodation To one end of the main room you have the living area with a couch, TV and the fireplace. The other end has a king bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and washing machine and dryer. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, microwave, cook top, kettle and coffee machine that is compatible with Aldi Kaffee pods.
wifi, internet, netflix, or pay tv - will i have it?
complimentary wifi is available and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email The property also has a wall mounted smart TV in the living room.

if you are looking to sit and relax outside you will find outdoor seating and a firepit that you are welcome to use If you would like to go exploring, you are welcome to take a look at the paddocks to the rear of the house, or wander through the vegetable garden (feel free to take any herbs you may need for your dinner) and gather eggs from the chicken coop. Please note there is no BBQ at Annies Barn.

pets are welcome at annies barn subject to the following rules:
- the property is pet friendly but not between start of september to end of october when it is lambing season on the farm
- if you go into a paddock with livestock, or near the free range chickens, we ask you to keep your dog on a leash
- there are no fenced areas for your dog please only stay if you are able to control your pets!
- clean up after your pet
- please do not allow dogs on the furniture
