Positive: Our 4th stay at Andaz Singapore. We love the location and the Ambiente.

Negative: Gave less stars than for previous stays because we recognized a decline in service and offerings from the last times: Variety of food at the excellent breakfast has declined, same at the minibar and the afternoon tea time offerings, also the cocktail card has stayed unchanged, same as all food in the various restaurants. We would expect some variation and creativity in a hotel of that price range to keep returning guests coming back, here we feel they are on a spree to safe some costs and have sadly reduced once loved amenities that made it outstanding before. We have booked a different hotel for our next stay in September in Singapore…. It’s still a great hotel but we think it’s currently not living up to the high expectations they set in our previous stays
