The boat is included, several boats can be rented at the nearby campsite. The other house has no plot. The ceiling of the sleeping loft with steep stairs is 1.7 m high. Bedroom 3 has an entrance from the outside. Good shopping Karlskrona, Karlshamn and Ronneby. There are 3 golf courses within a radius of 30 km. Day trips: Naval museum in Karlskrona, there is also Barnens Gård, Kalmar, Öland. Trips to the archipelago are also highly recommended. Nearby is a road with little traffic.
