alpine welcome (formerly the erving house) has a fantastic location on the west shore, conveniently close to tahoe city Enter on the middle level of this 3 story country home to the nicely furnished living room with gas fireplace, stereo, and great back deck with refreshing woodsy views and gas grill (summer only). Dining table for 8, 4 kitchen counter stools, and nice tile and stone kitchen attached to living room. Full bath and 2 bedrooms also on mid level: one with 2 Twin beds, one with a Queen.
upstairs, master bedroom with queen sleigh bed and full bath, plus balcony Downstairs den with gas fireplace, TV/DVD/VHS, leather couch and full futon, plus back door. Partially private sleeping area with double bed and bathroom. Parking for 4 cars. No smoking please.
