Positive: Living room furniture very comfy. Location was nice with in walking distance to alot of activities and family.
Negative: Weird no dishwasher. No note letting us know both washer & dryer had loads of laundry still in them. All descriptions on multiple sites I read B4 renting stated 4 bedrooms, not 3 and that was the reason I chose this over another and the added bathroom. Glad the other 2 in party decided to stay with the other family, so we didn't need that 4th bedroom. We paid at least an extra $100 a day over my other option I had been looking at for extra bedroom & bath. I did see on another sites when we were down there, that stated it was 3 bedrooms, not 4. Requested no shoes, but floors felt gritty and was brushing stuff off feet and sheets all the time. Overall liked the place, location and comfort of the furniture. Main floor bed is starting to wear/sag, but, didn't cause the inability to sleep or back pain, which is always a plus. Window by front door wasn't locked, but when we tried to open, it wouldn't open very far or stay open, looks like window it was twisted. Also, heater in downstairs bedroom had been left wide open, so on a 90 degree day, it was stuffy when we arrived, solved easily by opening both doors and windows (a couple windows screens had holes, so we left those closed. Would I rent again, probably not, if I had other options. Overall liked the place, just some minor issues.
