Set among pine trees and close to all amenities the house is six minutes walk (450 metres)from the superb sandy beach and two restaurants and a cafe/bar. Casa Baptista is within a few minutes drive of five superb golf courses, including the new Jack Nicklaus, Monte Rei course, and backs onto a national reserve of pine trees. Casa Baptista, laid out over two floors with large terraces overlooking the rear terrace.
