Positive: The hotel was really suitable for kids, breakfast was rich, the hotel personnel was lovely

Negative: When we first arrived to the room, the room was not clean enough, the next day I asked house keeping to mop the floors and then the floors were mopped which was dissapointing as you would expect 5 star hotel to be spotless also the location of our room was good it was close to the beach but our room was facing a wall and back room had no windows so it wasnt the best. When you visit a five star hotel you except a little bit more
