This delightful home boasts ducted heating and cooling, four bedrooms, two spacious living areas, a generous kitchen, two bathrooms, securely fenced and pet-friendly, creating the perfect retreat for unwinding.

Nestled in the Lonsdale Shores estate, and pretty much next door to the award winning Lonsdale Links Golf Course, easy access to Geelong, Ocean Grove, Queenscliff, and the Melbourne ferry. Linen hire is an option, and there is parking space for two cars in the garage, though unfortunately, there is no accommodation for boats or vans. Access to the garage is up a steep incline, allowing for easy parking and convenience.
