we're about 20 minutes away, this was our first family home, so feel free to reach out if you need anything we know the area well.
acacia ridge is and up and coming suburb, there is lots of renovations and new builds happening, but were still quite close to the city only about a 20 minute drive we've got the Ice skating rink is just around the corner, along with a squash court nearby.
you'll have access to the full house we have a smart lock on the door so check in is a breeze. just open the fly screen and where the door lock usually is is a key pad.

however please don't drive on the grass, it gets soggy after a rain and we have had cars get bogged in the past
being a suburban area neighbours on both sides have dogs at the moment the fences are high so you probably won't see them but might hear them..
