please note the stairs to the sleeping platform are fairly narrow and steep "paddle" stairs There is a sofa bed downstairs if you prefer. Also useful if you need separate beds.

you can take advantage of the private access to the the cottage via the public footpath which runs behind the house from the parking space on the drive (thereare steps down yo the cottage this way though and you might need to use a torch at night), so if arriving and it has been raining or is dark, please use the garden path and stay to the left of the main house, where you will find the entrance to caderview david he owner lives next door Limited bike storage can be arranged. You have your own securely fenced garden with views and seating.

the house is accessed from a fairly steep tarmaced lane which is well used and has plenty of passing places The satnav runs out at the cattle grid just after Bryn y Groes the house before us. We are the next house on the hill up a drive. There is a wooden signpost on the lane with our house name on it Llechfraeth Uchaf. The road IS fairly steep and if you are using public transport you will need us to arrange a lift for you with your luggage, unless it is very easily managed.
