Our 2 bed 2 bath space features modern decor while preserving the historic details of the building all while providing premium amenities throughout the loft. Paired with this amazing space is easy access to downtown restaurants, shops and destinations. Less than a mile walk/drive to Charles Schwab Park (CWS) and CHI Health Center Arena.

for parking we have three primary recommendations There's quite a bit of street parking available nearby. Street parking is metered Mon-Sat from 9am-9pm, if you forget to pay a meter the penalty is only $10, so some decide to go that option. There is a parking garage (pictured) directly behind our building, which is $17/day. Finally, there's a parking garage 2 blocks away at 11 & Jackson (OmahaPark Four), it's approximately $4/day, however you're unable to park there Friday evening and Saturday morning due to the Farmer's market taking place there.
