No barking or aggressive or nuisance behavior, please. Guests must notify us prior to their arrival if they are bringing a pet & the breed/size.

> the person who reserved the home must be staying and assumes full responsibility Only the amount of guests contracted for are allowed in the cabin at any time. The cabin has exterior video cameras. Unregistered guests or pets are charged $1000 per person/pet per night (county fine amount). If you have additional guests (up to 3 persons total in house) just add them to the reservation prior to your stay. Four guests are included in the reservation price but must be registered.
