We have a fully fenced backyard safe for well behaved furbabies! And we are excited to have a spa up and running in our backyard to cool off for this spring.

this is a quiet neighbourhood with easy access to the main township of jindabyne Let the kids blow off steam as they run around in the fenced back yard, or challenge each other with some of our outdoor games we have totem tennis, grip ball, giant dominoes and a soccer ball to play with.
the house is perfectly set up with everything you need for an outdoor summer holiday or the perfect family snow trip In the summer you can park on the gravel car park so there is plenty of space to store bikes in the garage. In the winter you park in the garage or use it as a loading dock and keep all your boards and skis in there. we even have a sled in the garage ready for the kids to play with!
the house is an easy drive to the ski tube, or 25 minute drive to our favourite place, thredbo, where an 8am arrival will mean parking and first tracks For the trip home re-charge with the world's best donuts. We are a short 4 min drive into Jindy or a 15 minute walk.

the kitchen has everything you need to prepare and cook a delicious family meal We love to cook so you can expect Scanpan pots and pans, a Bodum Coffee plunger and Teapot, a Nespresso machine, beautiful wine glasses and a Cuisinart hand mixer in case you feel like whipping up some afternoon tea. The dining table seats 6-8 very comfortably. There is also a breakfast bar that seats four.
the kitchen and dining are off the lounge and open up to the patio The lounge has reverse cycle air conditioning. The patio has a brand new BBQ and Adirondack chairs surrounding a fire pit. Enjoy an evening wine while you toast marshmallows and kick back and watch the stars. The ground floor also has a power room at the entry and queen bedroom with TV.
up the stairs on the first floor are three more bedrooms The Master with a king bed, balcony with sitting area to enjoy the glorious morning sun and ensuite with shower and toilet. There are also two kids rooms, both with King Single Beds and trundles. Plus a main bathroom with a bath, toilet and shower. We want you to sleep well so expect good quality linen and windows that allows fresh air. We care about the environment so supply bathroom eco friendly amenities made from locally sourced eucalyptus essential oils.
