charming, four-bedroom, two bath retreat located on a secluded, one-plus-acre lot that borders trough creek state park (which adjoins state forest and uS. Army Corps of Engineers lands which are open for hunting) and is less than three miles from Raystown Lake. This retreat features a BRAND NEW KITCHEN/fully stocked kitchen, central air, a spacious open living and dining areas, two first floor bedrooms, and an additional family/ game room and 2 bedrooms in the lower level. The 2nd bath is located on the lower level, has a shower only (no tub) and doubles as a utility room with the washer & dryer located there as well. You will enjoy lovely views from the large, wraparound deck or lower level patio.
