fabulous mid-island location in the beach-oriented, gated community of sandcastles by the sea, easy and quick access to everything! this magnificent home features 4 distinct levels of living As you walk in through the garage there is a half bath, a den with a flat screen TV and a Queen sleeper sofa. There is a DVD player and a great sections of DVDs for your enjoyment. sliders and a door take you out to the lovely covered pool and the patio furniture which is not covered!
upstairs is the main level where the open, bright and cheery kitchen is The huge granite island in the middle seat 4 comfortably and the dining table seats 10. State of the art stainless steel appliances and a gas range will make this the family gathering place! There is also a huge flat screen TV in the kitchen area. The living room offers plenty of seating, a smart TV, and a shuffle board.
off the kitchen is an adorable balcony with a table and chairs for yet another little nook to gather and enjoy the sunshine and morning coffee A second half bath is in the foyer as you enter into the over-sized, spacious living room.
