autumn rose cottage has a pleasant outlook to the rear with sheep, lambs and goats in the field beyond, along with the sound of birds singing It's approached via an original cobbled pathway. Many of the period features remain, including wooden beams, the flagstone floor and a large stone fireplace with a wood burner – perfect for cozying up in the wintertime with a good book from the excellent selection available.
to the rear is a totally enclosed sunny courtyard garden, which is enhanced by an array of seasonal flowering plants along with ample garden furniture A barbecue is provided, ideal for a sunny evening and the catch of the day from the harbour fish market.
the local pub - the railway inn is within walking distance and serves a good selection of dishes Additionally there is within a 5 minute walk a regular bus service to Brixham, Paignton and Torquay.

An additional folding single bed is situated in the loft room (Crow's Nest) and is suitable for children to sleep in unsupervised ages 5 to 15 (due to access via a ladder and limited headroom in some areas). Alternatively, a double sofa bed is available in the living room.
