the property is located close to the epicentre of edinburgh's most famous street – the royal mile being 15-20 minutes walk ot the beating heart of the old town, there are a wealth of amenities within walking distance: bars, pubs, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, entertainment, as well as many of edinburgh's top tourist destinations…
you will have a direct connection from the airport, as trams run every 7 minutes and will leave you at less than 100 metres / 110 yards away from our doorstep You will reach our property in about 35-40 minutes via tram from the airport directly. Waverley train station is also a short 15-20 minutes walk or 8 minutes by tram/bus from the property. we also offer free on-site parking as well !
