Summary: We just spent 1 night at 7 rooms for my son’s 22nd birthday surprise, hotel communication was excellent response always received within 24 hours. Luca is amazing excellent customer service, he even made sure our taxi to the airport was booked In advance. We booked a room with a terrace and city view of the tower, spacious room, which was clean, complementary bottles of water and breakfast, We highly recommend this hotel would definitely come again thank you Luca and team
