The house offers 3 bedrooms with a bonus loft. Just 10 drive to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk.

the house is multi-level with two bedrooms on the lower level, one with 3 twin beds and the other with a king size bed, a full bathroom, garage with bikes and laundry This level also has easy access to the backyard with a hammock, fire pit, bbq, and a table for outdoor eating. On the second floor, you will find the kitchen, dining room, master bedroom with king size bed and attached full bathroom, balcony overlooking the large backyard and just a few steps down to the living room with an attached balcony and half bath. On the top level, you will find a loft with a couch and futon bed that provides an ocean peak. The house is large with a lot of room for a multi-family vacation or a group of adults.

we are a dog-friendly house There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee for the first pet and an additional $50 for the second. Pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture. Pets must be approved prior to booking. they will love the house and the beach!
guests must be over 25 to rent our beach house Absolutely no parties. Our neighbors are sensitive to noise after 10 pm. Normal level conversations and laughing isn't a problem inside the house after 10 pm.
