sleeps 6 in 3 large ensuite bedrooms in main house, plus queen blow up mattresses if needed that would fit in the 420sf gym 2 story guest house available separately that has 2 queen beds. From the kitchen in this open floorplan, the Chef can see all common areas of the home, Pinnacle Peak, the major mountain ranges of the Valley, and even Cardinal's Stadium across town. Great room has 2 separate sitting areas, pool table area, and a 9' boulder that dramatically protrudes thru the wall. All bedrooms are ensuite and spacious.
