this house gives a warm and inviting impression, located in höljes, near the norwegian border Here you can live comfortable with good equipment such as dishwasher and washing machine. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. From the living room you have exit to the terrace, which extends from the south side of the house and a bit further across to the west. From here you can enjoy the morning coffee and in the evening you can see the sun set over the horizon. Upstairs there is a bedroom with two single beds and a living room with a double sofa bed, this room is a walk-through room. The plot is about 20 m from a country road, but a fence surrounds it. Here you live in an area with forests, lakes and the beautiful river Klarälven/ Trysilälven - which provides the opportunity to experience the best fishing waters for grayling, trout etc. (fishing license required). Bathing facilities are available about 14 km away in the tempered outdoor swimming pool that is open during summer. The electricity costs are included during the summer, May to October. Great wilderness with moose and other wildlife as well as nice hiking trails. Good access to mushrooms and berries in season. In Höljes there is one of Europe's most modern rally cross courses, a long weekend in July each year, the world champions in rally cross measures its powers here. Winter sports facilities Branäs and Långberget you have about 35-45 km from here, in winter they are some of Sweden's best ski resorts. Even though you live in the wilderness, it's only about 20 minutes by car for the shopping enthusiasts to the Långflons shopping mall. About 30 km to Sysslebäck, where there is an indoor swimming pool with whirlpools, a chocolate factory and homemade Italian ice cream, well worth a visit. welcome to a nice and peaceful holiday in wonderful nature!
