the 5th ave bungalow by velo is a historic home located in a downtown tucson neighborhood This home was completely renovated in Fall of 2024 and all furnishing in the pictures are brand new! This home features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a King size bed and in suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a streaming TV as well as a streaming TV in the living room. The large backyard includes outdoor dining and a fire pit allow guests to enjoy Tucson's moderate climate year-round. The location of this home provides guests easy access to downtown Tucson, University of Arizona, Banner Healthcare, and many of Tucson's finest dining establishments.
