• the elevator has sustained significant damage and is non-operational for the foreseeable future
• pool heating is available for $50 per day and must be added for the entire stay or not at all Please let us know in advance if you'd like to include this, so we can schedule it accordingly.
• solara gate is not operational at the moment We are working on repairs but do not have a specific timeline for completion. The area remains very safe, and the gate can be left open at all times.
• arcade machine is no longer available
• one of the two dryers at dawn house is currently unavailable However, there is still one working dryer for each house.
• firewood is not provided for the wood fire pit
pets (limited to dogs only) allowed with prior approval and a $100 fee per pet per stay, max 2 dogs under 50 lbs each
please note that we have installed a single exterior camera facing the driveway to ensure the safety and security of both our guests and the property There are no cameras inside the property. Our cameras are motion-activated and recordings are stored in the cloud. Do not unplug or tamper with any security devices, including the Ring Camera, or any other essential devices.
