Enjoy the exceptional views from the dining areas, or escape to the sandy beach through the master bedroom's patio doors.There are TV's in every room.Enjoy Ground floor access to this home. Living room and dining and kitchen all open concept. Split bedrooms, with two bedrooms on the right side of the living room, and the other two are on the left.Sunsets are free!Pool heat included.7 night minimumPer the city of Marathon's rule of 2 per bedroom plus 2. No exceptions. You must be 25 or older to rent. (25 year old must be present during entire stay)This property is dog friendly so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Dogs 60lbs or less allowed - must be pre approved. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable.
