On the first floor of the villa, you can find a master bedroom also with an ensuite bathroom, a harmoniously decorated living room and a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with 8 seats, a separate toilet and a laundry room. Going out on the terrace you will find a beautiful pool in size of 3x4 m and 1,5 m deep, surrounded by 6 sun loungers. Outdoor kitchen and a grill will brighten up your family dinners or quality times with friends by the fire. The second floor of the villa has access to the road above the house, where you can find the entrance to the house and a garage.
