pets/service animals:
our property is pet friendly (limit 2), but please make sure you follow the rules mentioned below:
✤ no cats! this is a hazard as future guests could have allergy issues
✤ no constant barking nor disturbances is allowed We do not want anyone disturbed at any time. We assume the pet is well behave and will be trained to be quiet.
✤ non-aggressive breeds, no history of aggression, 50lb limit and $100 per animal per stay dog fee (non-refundable) This only applies to reservations that do not last a maximum of one week. If your stay exceeds one week, the pet fee will be $100 per pet per week (non-refundable).
✤ pets and service animals must be supervised when in the backyard, not be left unattended at any time
✤ pets and service animals should have a collar, harness, or microchip with identifying owner information attached should it become lost and must be crated or kenneled when left alone to avoid accidents
✤ please avoid any pet mess inside the house and outside as well Guests are required to remove ALL TRACES of an animal being present at the property. Please pick-up their waste and dispose of it accordingly and bring a cover for our couches and chairs, if pets sit on them. Always have mattress protectors on beds regardless. Any damage caused by an animal must be repaired or reported to us and will be charged back to you.
✤ you will need to disclose to us if you will be bringing a pet to the property Please let us know your pet's breed, how many as well as weight at the time of booking.
issues during stay:
✤ so we can maintain a high standard throughout your stay and to help us address any concerns quickly and ensure the best experience possible, we kindly ask that any issues be reported during the guest’s stay Any issues reported after stay can't be taken into consideration, as we won’t have the opportunity to assess or address them in real time.
security deposit:
✤ it will be returned after no damage is found We may also charge an additional cleaning and damage fee if the repair and replacement is more than the said deposit amount.

late check-out: we do our best to accommodate special requests For late check-outs requested until 8 PM the day before check-out, a fee of $25 per hour will be charged. Any requests made after 8 PM the day before check-out, up to an hour before check-out, will incur a fee of $15 for every 15 minutes.

✤ no eating or drinking in the bedrooms

✤ there is no smoking of any kind inside the house There will be a $150.00 smoking fee charged for smoking in the house.
drugs:
✤ if guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and guests will be asked to vacate the property and immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund!
parties:
✤ not allowed and if guests are found to have had a party which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, guests will be asked to vacate the property and immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund!

alteration request policy:
✤guests must inform us of any alteration requests (shortening stay & decreasing guest count) at least one week before check-in Regrettably, we will be unable to accommodate late requests. In such cases, we can provide a refund amounting to only 50% of the original refund amount.

✤ charging electric vehicles using the property’s outlets is not allowed
