Modern 2600 square foot home with dock and 75 feet of lake front on the north end of Conesus Lake. Located on a quiet neighborhood street walking distance to town. Flat lot with easy access all the way from the street to the lake. We are within a mile of three restaurants, a cidery and a brewery. Wegmans, Aldi & Walmart are just ten minutes away, and West's Shurfine Food Mart is just over a mile down the road.

Beautiful, updated kitchen with all amenities opens to dining room & family room with gas fireplace. Washer, dryer & air conditioning. Ping pong table & more gathering space in garage.
