main level offers a spacious, fully equipped kitchen & dining area Living room has vaulted ceiling and many windows & sliding doors to allow for natural light, plus 65" SmartTV. Screened porch located off the kitchen - the perfect spot for an outdoor meal or morning coffee! Expansive lakeside deck offers gas grill and additional outdoor seating.
the lower level family room offers a 65" smarttv, a pool table and easy access to the lower deck, where you'll find a hot tub! walkway to the dock, plus fire-pit!
the large dock boasts plenty of room for boats, pwcs, and other water toys Kayak available for use. Floating dock available for boat tie up, electricity & lights. Sorry, covered boat slip & hoist not available for tenant use. The lower deck is protected from the rain by a waterproof underdecking.
