come stay at our happy place! a modern & cozy 4-season pocono mountain home!!! the home features a private 7- person hot-tub(open 365-days), a natural firepit, pool table/ping pong, propane fireplace, access to 4-season community amenities, home with open concept living/dining area, a/c units in each room, cable, netflix, amazon prime on 3 tvs (one in each king bedroom and one in our living room) additionally we have another flat screen set up in our lower level living room that has an amazon fire stick and a dvd set up to watch movies (we provide) or use it to hook up your kids gaming console - high speed internet/wifi! conveniently located only 90 miles away from nyc and our house location is ideally located near the delaware water gap recreation area - whether you're looking to relax or have an action-packed vacation, you can find it all in the poconos!
*please note: since the pandemic started a lot of the amenities in all the communities in the surrounding area have staffing shortages and specific hours at the pools Currently, they are selling additional guest passes. The passes are $15 per person and no more than 6 are permitted per day. The passes must be purchased at the Member Services Office on the day of use. If the passes are needed for Sunday or Tuesday, they need to be purchased the day before, since the office is closed on those days. We do provide 6 Amenity badges for your use. Children under 5 do not need a badge.
