The floor to ceiling mountain viewing windows bring lots of natural light into the house. look out and enjoy the beauty of nature, the wildlife and unobstructed panoramic mountain views right from the couch!
the deck can be accessed from the living room through the patio doors It is on the south side of the house giving you unsurpassed mountain views.For your outdoor enjoyment there is a patio table, chairs and umbrella.There is also a gas grill if you would like to BBQ during your stay.
the fully equipped kitchen boasts all new stainless steel appliances,granite countertops,and a spacious work island with seating for two There is one full bathroom with toilet, tub and rainhead shower. All linens and bath towels are provided.

after booking this property there is mandatory rental paperwork that needs to be filled out and returned to me as well as a copy of the principal tenants drivers license or government issued id

outdoor security cameras- camera on the front of the house overlooks the driveway Ring doorbell at the front door. Yard camera faces the side yard, the Hot Tub is in the coverage area of this device. Rear camera covers under balcony storage. Cameras face away from the house.
