Here, you'll live on a farm where the owners have free-range chickens and also run a summer café, where on some evenings, various events are held that guests are welcome to attend. In a barn, the owners have built a large gathering space/bar in Viking style. The cottage is charming and has a simple kitchen for cooking, with hot and cold water in the kitchen, as well as a dining area that also includes a sofa bed for two people. In the living room/bedroom, there are two separate single beds. In a separate building, there is an electric toilet in a fresh building and a separate outdoor shower with hot and cold water. A private patio with a charcoal grill is available for you as a guest on the farm, charcoal for the grill can be purchased at a gas station or a larger grocery store. If you're traveling with a dog, you're welcome to bring your friend to the cottage; just remember to keep your dog on a leash. From Nykvarn, you can easily take the train into Stockholm if you want to experience the city for a day, and there are parking spaces available at the train station. In the area around Nykvarn, there are large forests where you can hike, pick berries and mushrooms, or simply go out and enjoy the tranquility.
