- At least 25% of the cooking gas tank is provided upon check in. When it’s empty, we will provide the guidelines for guests on ordering the new gas tank. Replacement of the new gas tank is to be borne by the tenant. Usually it costs less than RM40. Generally one gas tank can be used for more than 1 month for those who are light cooks.

2) Two month rental for above 3 months stay

Deposit must be paid directly to us within 48 business hours before check in. Proof of identity and signing of few important forms is require upon check in.

Guest is also expected to sign a rental agreement prior to check in.

Guests are advised to take simple actions by turning off air-con, lights and electric appliances whenever not in use to limit the waste of energy and improve the environmental friendliness of their stay.

In the event of any damages or lost to the property and its inventories supplied, full compensation to the damages or lost is required. The deposits are return to guests via transfer (non cash) within 30 working days after guests check out

Guest have the right to double check all inventories and conditions of the unit within the first 24 hours after check in and shall there is any defect, will need to report to the us immediately. After 24 hours of stay, the conditions and inventories in the unit is fully under guest care & responsible.

Only General Cooking is Allowed. If the unit returns extremely dirty / oily conditions, additional cleaning fees and charges up to RM600 will be applied.
