This reverse floor plan home is located in the Village of Stump Sound. Upstairs you will find the main living area, kitchen and dining area as well as a half bath. There is plenty of room for everyone to gather for family meals that are cooked in the well appointed kitchen. The king master suite is also located on this floor. You can take in the ocean views from the large deck off the living room or watch the beautiful Topsail sunsets from the back deck off the kitchen. The other bedrooms are located on the bottom floor. There are 2 queen suites and a bunk room with a twin/double bunk and a single bunk. The bunk room also has a private bath. You will also find a built in daybed just outside one of the queen bedrooms. There is a bar/hang out area under the property with a mini fridge and TV. Summary: We had a great time at this property. The beach was private, clean, very easy to access from the house and the water was perfect in clarity and temperature. The house was clean and accommodated our family. We had 5 adults and 4 children. When you walked in, it didn't just feel like a home away from home. It was like a resort with the beach decor, colors and simplicity. The kitchen had everything we needed. Having linens provided was convenient. The house really catered to kids with dedicated spaces and thoughtful supplies to keep them occupied, like games and coloring book and crayons. I loved that we could bring our two little dogs and let them run around in the back yard. The exterior of the house was beautiful and well kept. We stayed over fourth of July and were able to see many displays of fireworks from each of the many balconies.
